Laminate Worktops
Laminated worktops are made to suit all budgets and virtually any style imaginable. They can be styled on a natural wood, marble or granite appearance or a smooth, contemporary colour. As part of the kitchen design, we can include materials in a number of thicknesses and edge finishes (edges can be the same material or a contrasting material/colour).
The worktop is manufactured for us from high-density particle board which is sealed against moisture damage and laminated with the pattern and a tough protective overlay at high temperature and pressure.

Laminated surfaces should be cleaned with normal kitchen cleaners and a soft cloth. Excessive stains may be cleaned with a washing powder and household bleach, but thi scan damege the worktop if repeated too often. More stubborn stains may come off with meths, nail polish remover or white spitits, but, again, take care not to repeat tooo often.

Plain, simple coloured worktops are a feature of the '90's and into this new century, available in a wide range of pastel and bold, bright colours. The worktops can be edged in the same, or a contrasting colour, or wood or metal finishes. | |
